About the room
Looking for two flatmates to fill two rooms in our big Remuera house ASAP, with the move-in date being the 6th of August ☺️
Location is:
- less than 10 min walk to Remuera village & 75 bus stop
- quiet street with tons of free street parking (as well as tons of private parking down our driveway)
- 10 min drive to countdown Meadowbank or New World Remuera
You will be living with 3 of us (1 couple & 1 guy). We are all young professionals & looking for people preferably in their early 20s. We are a social flat that likes to have drinks occasionally but also like our own space!
1st room downstairs: $220pw, comes with built in wardrobe
2nd room downstairs: $200 pw also has built in wardrobe but room is slightly smaller
Expenses will be divided between the 5 of us & around $20pw. Move in cost is 4 weeks rent as your bond + 2 weeks in advance (can be flexible with when the bond is paid).
About the roomies
We are 3 young professionals in our early 20s. We are sociable and enjoy a few drinks on the weekend but also like our own space :)
