This bedroom is unfurnished with an ensuite, built in wardrobe. The room is located on the ground floor and has a deck and can comfortably fit a queen bed and some draws. There is also heaps of storage space in the garage.
You’ll be living with 3 others -(females) in their late 20’s early 30s. All are tidy, easy going and social.
Single: Rent $295 inc all expenses Bond: 950 + 1 week in advance.
Couple: $380 inc all expenses Bond: $950 + 1 week in advance.
There is also plenty of on street parking 🚘
