Diana's room

This is a self contained ‘flat’ , part of the main single storey brick house I live in. The flat consists of 2 extra large rooms, 1 bathroom and outside access via large opening out glass doors.

Sunny and warm, with central heating (and air con in summer). Recently painted, with new curtains, sheers and new carpet. Shared use of the laundry here. Could be semi furnished (with new queen bed, and bedside tables, wardrobe, coffee table, table, if you wish). Or empty if preferred.

Please note- There is no kitchen. But microwave, mini oven, kettle and toaster supplied.

It has a semi-rural view, as it is on a 1 hectare lifestyle block. 2 minutes drive to Kumeu shops. Very quiet and tranquil.

I am the landlady, sharing the other side of the house. On the section, there is a second house with 2 male tenants.

Huge parking space. Enough for 8 cars.

Alpacas, and chickens also on our lifestyle block.
