The room gets a lot of sun and is a decent size, it can fit a queen bed, desk and drawers. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bathroom on a quiet street, is close to public transport and parrs park. The house also has quite a big back and front yard. I am ideally looking for someone who is tidy, pays bills on time, and is a full-time student or working full time. The rent will be $220, this does not include bills (water, power, internet, cleaning supplies) as that will be split. Deposit is $440 plus 1 weeks rent in advance

I am in my early twenties and am a full time student and work part-time, therefore I am often not at home.
