About the room
Hi, we are looking for two flatmates to join us. We have a room WITH a heatpump in a one year old house in Massey. Shared bathroom with 2 others.
Room is furnished with bed, bedside, desk and chair. There is a built in wardrobe. Location: 2 mins to royal road motorway, less than 5 mins to westgate shopping centre. Move in date is negotiable. Bus to city 300m away.
About the roomies
Current flatmates are a couple and 2 females students. We are quite sociable but not a party flat. We do movies/games/bbq night once in a while. Participation is optional although we would enjoy being able to do some things together as a house/community. Female only as we are hosting female international students.
