Hi, we are looking for a flatmate to join us. The room is a double room 4m x 3m WITH a heatpump in a new house in Massey. Bathroom is shared with two other flatmates. Location: 2 mins to royal road motorway, less than 5 mins to westgate shopping centre. Move in date is negotiable. Room can come furnished or unfurnished. Plenty of street parking. Bus to city 300m away.

Current flatmates are a couple and two males in late 20s and 30s, working in IT and education. We are quite sociable but not a party flat. We do shared meals that you can also opt into. We do movies/games/bbq night once in a while. Participation is optional although we would enjoy being able to do some things together as a house/community.
