Cerdin's room

Hi. I’m looking for a quiet living 30 years + male flatmate to share my Birkdale home. I’ll have a room available from 27 August. It’s essential that you are very clean/tidy and will be respectful to the property . I would also prefer it if you are working and/or studying. No smoking/vaping is allowed on property. The house is in a very peaceful bush setting. A bus stop with a regular bus service is a short walk away plus Westfield Mall is only a 10min drive away. The room has a king single bed and innerspring mattress. Other great features include a heatpump in main living area, sunny balcony to enjoy bush/birdlife, and security system. The house is also very well maintained.

You will be sharing the property with just me the home owner (48 year old male). I work at a garden centre full-time and also enjoy pottering in my own garden as well. Art , films and music are my other interests. In my freetime, I’m generally busy with my own activities plus home maintenance . I’m quiet yet friendly and sociable.
