The studio contains a bedroom of 17 square meters, a mini kitchen, a shower, and a toilet on its own. It is a portion of a one-level house and has its own entrance door. All the windows are double-glazing, which keep the room warm and insulating noises. The studio is furnished, including a queen bed (very good quality and very comfortable), cabinets, drawers, bedside light, table, chair, sofa, a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, a small stove, cooking hot plate, cutleries, plates. Access to a washing machine that is in a separate standalone room from the house and shared with the owner of the house (a couple of 50th).

Internet of unlimited data and electricity are included in the rent except the electricity usage for a heather(s) in the winter. The electricity cost for the heater will be paid additionally at an approximately $30/week when used.

A couple of their 50th live in the other portion of the house with their own independent entrance door. They are professionals, quiet, kind, and friendly, non-smokers.
