This beauty of a town house is both warm and well designed. It is fully furnished with your bedroom sporting a single bed, recliner, mirror shelf and 6 drawers. Double wardrobe with cubby and overhead space. It’s courtyard is a sun trap with my potted plants and Unilever umbrella in the Summer. Modern bathroom. A little storage in internal garage. Street parking. Friendly, supportive neighbours. A cool cat inside. Close to Dinsdale Roundabout & shopping centre, Whata Whata Arboreteum, the central Lake, CBD and countryside.

Only one other flatmate to share with…a reasonably active female in 60s who is a Christian a natural health coach, a pure blood, bike n jog a bit, a violin teacher (but not ATM) and student of Common Law, Scriptures, natural health and politics. I would prefer someone like-minded, who isn’t bringing anyone else to stay, as I don’t either! I would enjoy someone else who is also tidy, clean, can cook (as I barely do) and considerate overall please.
