Welcome new Roomie/Flattie, This newish town house is well designed for 2 occupants near the Dinsdale roundabout and shopping village, the lake, Whata Whata countryside and CBD. Neighbours are friendly and supportive on our street. This has a sunny, warm feel to it, fronted by a courtyard with potted vegie n herbs and sunbathing potential. An internal garage too for a bit of storage. Your bedroom is a good size with a single bed, 6 drawers, a comfy recliner, shelves, a towel rack, heater, full length mirror and built- in double wardrobe. Safety on window. Kitchen, lounge, dining room is modern open plan. Bathroom is modern. Garage and laundry are internal. Share minimal power & Wifi expenses weekly, as am waste conscious so have great deals. Auto set-up please.

I’m a mature and fit Natural Health Educator who is a semi-retired violin teacher and player; a Christian who is open to others beliefs and religions. I enjoy biking, jogging, dancing, singing, Qi Gong and some family plus social life. I study week mornings, get out in the aft and am out various nights of the week. My cat is fun loving with humans but hates other cats, even her own tribe! I don’t have anyone stay over, so that would be my boundary line too.
