So it is just myself living here a 30 year old male, who is working and living from home. I’m very chilled and i like to have a quite beer and relax with CBD and THC oil most days so i am a super chilled easy going person who just keeps to himself.

I am looking for someone who is clean and tidy above everything, someone who is almost OCD with the way they keep themselves. Someone who isn’t messy and cleans up after them self is a must for me. If you don’t clean up after yourself, You won’t get your deposit back. your deposit is basically a bond to me saying that you will be clean an tidy, just like i am. I am looking for someone who is independent more then anything as i work from home.. so someone who is working full time or studying full time would be ideal.. I work on New York Hours so if you are working on NZ hours we will almost never be in each others way… if you are unemployed or in-between jobs you will not be considered. If you are relocating because of a job and you can prove this then that is an exception and i am happy to consider you.
