Could you be the next couple to join the Levy St Manor? Rent is $380 per week till November and then $402. This big master bedroom has an ensuite and could be all yours. I’ve lived here for three years and am sad to be leaving. A mere 5-minute stumble to Courtney place and a 2-minute walk to Tomboy, this place couldn’t be in a more ideal location. In summer you have an accessible roof to tan and drink on, if you are wanting to take a splash, Oriental Bay is only a 10-minute stroll away.

A bit about the place, there is gas hot water, so you won’t have to worry about a cold shower, there is heaters in every room and a big ass heat pump in the living area. The room gets all day sun and even slight harbor views. Expenses work out to be around $80 per person monthly (tends to be lower in summer). The lease ends in Feb 2023 and the room can be made available anytime between now and the 1st of September. Place is fully furnished but the room will be empty however we are happy to leave our desk. (Lol please take it, I don’t want to have to move it to Auckland)

Current flatties range between 22-26 years old, two working in government and one in journalism. Tend to be reasonably busy through the week but love a drink and a chat or a stranger things binge.
