Hill suburbs, 15 mins walk to town, two sunny rooms with garden views (with own bathroom) in large insulated villa transitioning from family home to house share for eco-minded calm and practical people. Must love cats and dogs and be able to help care for these, as three oldies live here too! Must want to live in a sustainable way, inc growing food. House has a large organic garden being developed into a food forest. Couples and singles considered, short term can also be considered.

1-2 (depending on who is travelling) mature house co-owners, enjoy cooking and a glass of wine; a movie or games nights now and then, also enjoy reading, fresh air and the beach. Interesting conversation and on-going learning appreciated. Not looking for home to become a party house.
