Small room in a small character cottage sharing with friendly (but not gushy) owner. A few service centres within 20 - 30 min drive. City around 50 - 60 mins. Garden is a good size but needs work! Parking is on berm outside, in quiet street but safe. Date is flexible and later is fine. Right person is the priority this end. This will suit someone looking for rural atmosphere and great scenery, rather than all mod cons.

Quiet, semi rural village where the locals are more into starry skies than socialising. The upside is, no traffic lights on the commute into town! Roomie, age irrelevant, to share with 60’s woman. No ageism here. Will suit someone wanting to find their feet maybe? Peaceful retreat.
