Large room with double walk in closet , ideally suit a couple but open to all. The flat is quiet and in a nice safe neighbourhood , 5mins walk to the bus stop or 15min drive to the city. Beautiful view from the lounge out towards Mt Kaukau and bushwalks through the townbelt at the end of the street. Heatpump in the lounge and everything except the bedroom is fully furnished.

I am a fairly quiet ( sometimes I talk too much) independent self employed male in my 40s. I am a gardener and work on some farms. I like horror movies and metal music but I don’t force that on anyone ( I know I’m in a minority). I get on with almost anyone from any walk of life. Also I am vegetarian but I don’t have any problem with meat being cooked etc ( I am an ex chef). I try to keep the flat tidy and am just looking for people who are friendly, considerate , tidy and able to pay rent and bills on time.
