Decent size room in a Villa, comes with a queen bed and drawers. Parking available off road, not far from shops, cafes and Hamilton Central. A 3 bedroom home with heat pump and heating in room. Rent covers room, fibre internet, power (unless excessive than it will be spilt) and will need to buy own food 🙂 couples are welcome but will charge $350 pw and $1000 security deposit. I will not tolerate domestic violence!

Security deposit is 2 weeks in advance and Bond.

I am a 41 year old Maori women, I work full time and have 2 sons. My youngest son 16 years old, lives in Auckland while he’s finishing school and will visit on holidays and weekends. My partner will also visit every now and then. My eldest son lives in Rotorua. I work weekdays and enjoy listening to music and relaxing, it’s not a party home but I do enjoy a couple of drinks every now and then. I don’t smoke but I do vape, and I don’t mind if you do, but all smoking to be outdoors. Im huge on communication, but I’m not nosey about your life. My home has a good vibe and I’m a happy person so I’m looking for someone to match that energy :)
