This house has a great location short walk to buses and the train, great restaurants and bars right in the heart of kingsland. Great big backyard perfect for a sunset wine with the fire pit on. Laundry with washer and dryer downstairs

Bedroom is a double sized. The house is fully furnished all you need is your bedroom things.

2 rooms available in modern Kingsland flat!

The place has great indoor/outdoor flow with a large open plan kitchen, living, and dining area and is west facing for sunset so perfect for summertime entertainment. Walking distance to buses, train station, Ponsonby & K Rd.

The downstairs has another lounge and kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and stove so space will never be an issue! Lots of space to work from home during lockdown if you need to set up a desk.

Both rooms available are downstairs. One is a ‘double’ size and currently fits a king bed, desk, drawers, and a stand-up wardrobe. The other is bigger so would fit the same, just with more space. We all share 2-3 off street car parks & permit parking on the street.

The house is fully furnished except for the bedrooms so that’s all you would need.

Current flatmates are 2 girls in there yearly 30th so we’re low key in the week staying focused on work with occasional wine. The weekends are social/active either going away or having afew people round. We get on well and are all relaxed so looking for someone mature that would fit in well with good banter that is clean/ tidy
