Lisa's room

I have just secured a gorgeous 4 bedroom lockwood house in a quiet and secure cul de sac in Greenmeadows East and am looking for a couple of reliable people to share with. Preferably 1 short term and 1 long term. Rent shared between 3 of us will be $230 per week, or $340 between 2 of us and then split the power/wifi and firewood in winter.

About the House:

Offering a lovely open plan lounge with freestanding fireplace and heat transfer system to the bedrooms. A ranch slider flows out to a large deck and fully fenced yard. There is also a cute bay window seat to watch the world go by in the neighbourhood. The kitchen has plenty of storage options. There is a dishwasher. The dining room also flows from the kitchen and connects the living area .

There are four bedrooms, 2 bedrooms will be available. The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and there is a separate toilet. A large vegie patch with healthy looking mandarin tree, feijoa tree, grapevines and raspberry bushes. Also a wheelie bin to to put lawn clippings is included.

About me: You will be sharing with a friendly 48yr old and her 8 year old housetrained cat (other cats maybe considered with owners approval, NO DOGS, sorry) I am a non smoker, but enjoy the occasional glass of wine. Very easy going, tidy, and quiet. I do like my own space but I also enjoy the company of others. My partner will eventually move into the house, he is also very easy going and we both have a good sense of humour.

About you: I am ideally looking for 2 people (preferably mature professionals) to houseshare with, 1 long term and another short term (up to 3 months). Must be working fulltime, non smoker and certainly no parties, someone who enjoys a laugh but also happy to have their own space, must be tidy and clean up after themselves and ensure the main bathroom and toilet is kept clean (as I will have an ensuite). References maybe required upon request.
