D and R's room

The house is a standalone property in the heart of Waiake on the North Shore. It’s a quick drive up the hill to the Torbay shops, a less than 3-minute walk to the beach and under 10 minutes to get to Browns Bay township, Albany Mall, or Northern Motorway on-ramp. With a bus stop right across the road and Albany Bus Station a 10-minute drive away, it’s also super easy to get to and from! The NX1 and NX2s come every 5-10 minutes from the bus station and go directly to the CBD/universities in under 20 minutes, so is also great for students and people who work in the city. Your room is on the ground floor, so is really private, super spacious and comes with its own complete ensuite and walk-in wardrobe. There is tons of room to park down the driveway and plenty of garage storage available. It has the option of being partially furnished with a bedframe and a desk. The move in date is flexible at the moment so if you want to discuss moving in sooner/later than the listed date then we’re more than open to talk about it. More recent photos can be shown on request (current ones from about 5 years ago) as the room as occupied at the moment :)

The flat will be shared with two other female students, who occupy the rooms upstairs. D is a psychology major in her last year of undergrad study working in retail, and R is a bar/nightclub manager going into film school next year. We’re LGBT friendly, pretty laid back and are looking for someone of any gender who is chill, considerate and friendly. We also share our home with a lovely, medium-sized dog who loves cuddles and invading personal space. He always has good intentions but can be quite excitable, so confidence with dogs is a must!
