About the room
We have a room available from early September in our Lyall Bay flat!
2 room options: Room A - massive sunny room, $250 for a single or $350 for a couple (+$15/week pp for power/wifi/gas). Room B - decent sized room, $235 per week for a single. Still fits queen bed, drawers, small desk etc. and has built in wardrobe.
House has 2 bathrooms, big kitchen/dining/living space plus a beautiful sunny conservatory with views of Lyall and Evans Bays.
About the roomies
