House has 4 rooms. Two individual room (with inbuilt Almira) are available for rent. Room 1 (big) - rent $275 pw (available) Room 2 (medium)- rent $250 pw. Common bathroom for Room 1, 2 and 3.

Rent and Bond: 2 week advance rent as bond + 1 week advance rent. Elec, Water ,Gas on actual basis. Rooms can be provided with Table and, chair. We can talk more about rentals and other stuffs.
