150m from boat ramp (2hrs either side of height tide) or just a bit further round to Little Huia, with ideal boat launching. 5mins wall to local cafe 10mins walk to local reserve/playground/beach 75mtrs down the road from the Huia Fishing Club..

Share with one 46yr old owner and a very socialable 5.5yr old son week on/week off. Definitely not a party house 🙂 I work hard as a Plumber/Gasfitter, and in my spare time love to fish and dive, snowboard in the winter, and have my hands full with maintenance work around the place. It’s looking a little bit rough round the edges atm, have cut a bit of pathway up to repair basement, but it’s warm and dry, comfortable and happy 😊
