Cockayne Road

The house is pretty spectacular, it’s double glazed with two heat pumps, three bathrooms (basically one each), two living areas, a large kitchen with a gas oven, lots of storage, and a garage. It’s an easy 10-20 min commute into town with the bus stop right outside our door. There’s also off-street parking.

Three lovely existing flatmates (one couple, one guy) all young professionals who cook together and are always up for a laugh and a casual board game. We’re sadly moving on because we’ve bought a house, and will really miss living here. The lease goes through to March (option to renew).
