About the room

Private room with great afternoon sun. Good sized room, double bed, work desk, hanging and shelf space, plus. I can provide all bedding/linen if needed. Good neighbourhood, close to town, secure yard. Shared bathroom and separate toilet. Will consider couples, at $350.

About the roomies

Mum and 18yr old son, plus our two dogs. We have been here for over 14 years, so it is very much our ‘home’. We are pretty laid back, enjoy socialising as much as quiet seclusion.

Rent includes wi-fi and power.
