Bedroom available in sunny Otahuhu bungalow. Double dual aspect bedroom with built in wardrobe. Plenty of storage and a ceiling fan for the hot summer days. Can come furnished or not. The house is a large open planned 3 bedroom house, Insulated with a heat pump. The kitchen leads onto a large deck and big fully fenced garden. Secure off street parking (Garage available at extra cost). Outside I have a fire pit for winters, and put up the para pool in summer! The house has a very cool vibe. Music is often played here.

I am happy with long or short term tenants, as long as the fit is good. Intelligent banter and humour is a must.

I am a 50 year old (going on 35) women owner who is very social. I love cooking, red wine, travel adventures and general shenanigans. I am in the creative industry and come with an elderly tabby cat called Bentley.
