Rent is $230/week, lease goes until 31 January 2023 with the option to renew. Bills are paid monthly and split equally among the other 3 flatmates, usually around 80/90 per month (internet, power and flat essentials).
The room is unfurnished with built-in wardrobe. The leaving flatmate is selling the dresser/mirror so option to purchase this. The rest of the house is fully furnished, incl. washing machine, dryer, dishwasher etc.
No couples or pets sorry!
5 minute walk to the supermarket and Te Awe library and close to bus stops, the train station, cafés, bars etc.
About the roomies
3 remaining flatmates are late 20’s/early 30s all working full time and are always good for a yarn but respect the need for your own space too.
