**Wanting someone to move in for the week starting the 12th of September. Lease is ending end of November (3 months from move in) as the University year is coming to a close. But there will be possibility to start a complete new lease without existing flatmates if needed.

About the flat:

• Part of Parnell Student Flats
• 10 Min walk from Newmarket, 5 min from Parnell Village and 15 min walk from Symonds street.
• Located right by the Auckland domain
• A 5 bedroom flat with big open kitchen/dining/living area
• Flat is fully equipped with whiteware, TV, kitchen items, etc.
• Rent is $215 a week (including wifi)
• Utilities work out to be about $30 a month
• There is a bus stop just up the road (2-3 min walk) with both the inner and outer link buses available.
• Our flat faces a large outdoor grass space used for recreation/BBQ’s etc.
• We also have good storage downstairs.

About the room:

• A spacious and well lit bedroom.
• Quieter room as downstairs
• The room width is about 215 cm and the room length is 415 cm.
• The room is unfurnished but there is a large wardrobe that comes with the room.
• There is a door downstairs that opens out onto the front lawn.

4 existing flatmates. 3 girls and 1 guy all in our early 20s, studying. Super chill and enjoy spending time together, having flat movie nights, heading out for dinner or iceskating, etc. 3 Kiwi born and one Australian born who is on an exchange until Nov. Our ideal flatmate would be respectful, social and supportive flatmate around a similar age to us (early 20s).
