Room is furnished with queen bed, bedside table and set of drawers . Price includes internet, gas, water rates. Power bill will be split between flatmates. Rent paid week in advance. Bond of 2 weeks required to secure room. You will need a car, we are semi rural in Pyes Pa but minutes from everything you could need at The Crossing.

All Full time workers, clean and quiet. Peaceful surroundings. Must have a car
