large room that gets the sun all day, it’s always so warm and cozy!! has built in double doored wardrobe! very warm, insulated, new house shared bathroom with only one other person $190 a week (+roughly $30-40 for power each month!) a stone throw away from the train station which is a 10 minute ride into Wellington ?? only a short 5-10 min walk into tawa town warm house with friendly flatmates (x4 guys and x1 girl- in our early 20s-looking for someone similar in age!) who are usually studying or working but like to watch a movie in the lounge during evenings that everyone’s welcome to join in on PM me with some information about yourself and if you would like to have a viewing! i look toward to hearing from you!
