Our time has come to leave lovely lil’ Blair street and we are on the hunt for a spectacular couple to take our place and join the amazing flatmates we are saying goodbye too.

Rent is $366 per week (split between a couple is $183 each per week) THIS INCLUDES BILLS

Bond is $900

⭐️Extra large room for a couple available on Blair street, Te Aro. Large internal room in a very spacious flat with 3 awesome housemates (2F and 1M, all working professionals in early/mid 20’s) we are sad to be leaving. We are only going to move closer to a new job and will miss this great apartment.

⭐️Room: Comes furnished with Queen size bed, small wardrobe, shelving unit and woven chair. Room is internal but still very well lit, incredibly spacious. The room is absolutely massive as well so if you have any extra furnishings, they will definitely fit.

⭐️Flat: 2 door entry so extremely safe, 1st floor flat situated on Blair street close to Courtney Place, bus stops and New World Supermarket. Even though Blair street can be noisy some nights this isn’t an issue as the flat stays quiet as the noise doesn’t travel in. Flat stays warm in winter but has loads of windows to air out and stay cool in summer. Already fully furnished with all white goods, furniture, kitchenware, appliances etc. in all areas. The flat comprises of a small foyer, large living room that gets plenty of light, small storage room, 4 large bedrooms, open kitchen/dining area, laundry area, small toilet room and large toilet/shower room.

Lease ends late Jan 2023 with the possibility to renew. Landlord are also super lovely and prompt to fix any issue that arises which is a rarity in Wellington.

🌟Flatmates: You will be living with 3 lovely flatmates (2F & 1M) who are really wonderful people. They are sociable and really easy to get along with but also respectful of each other’s privacy. This is not a party flat but do enjoy a beer and banter together when schedules align. We are all on different schedules so all of us are incredibly respectful and not noisy during late/early hours. Always aim to keep the flat clean and tidy and we are always on time with rent payments. The flatmates that do join the flat tend to stay a few years so there isn’t a high flat turnover.
