Hi! I have 1 modern bedroom available in a 3 bedroom house located in the Lakes, Pyes Pa. The house is situated right next to the beautiful lake with a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. Many good walks to go on and a fantastic community vibe. Everything you need is a 5 minute drive away - a shopping mall, dentist, doctors, supermarket, ect. The room is modern, and has a large double wardrobe for all of your storage needs as well as a double garage. $210 rent and $40 for expenses (power/water/internet/lawns/rubbish).

One 30 year old male and one male in his 70’s currently resides at the property. We both are very very friendly, kind, understanding, accepting and easy going - I would like flatmates who have similar qualities. Looking forward to hearing from you! :)
