Eyre Street

Hi I have a double room to rent. Or a larger double room for any couples interested (rent cost will differ) It is unfurnished but can be furnished if need be. The house is situated in Henderson Heights in a quiet street (not on a main road).

I have recently newly renovated the Kitchen, Laundry, Bathroom and toilet. I have also built a large deck space off the lounge. It’s perfect for entertaining friends, bbqs or just relaxing on a hot summers day.

Open to pets, but sorry no dogs as the house is not gated.

You would be living with myself and my 11yr old son. He stays one week with me and one week with his mother. He is well behaved and has a great nature. He has lived with many boarders over the yrs and has always got on great with them.
