Large double room (4m x 3m) with sole use of the main bathroom, including bath, in modern easy care 3 level townhouse. Double glazing so no condensation, no mould :). Great indoor to outdoor flows in living, tidy outdoor area to entertain friends and family (occassionally) over summer. Spare 3rd bedroom with king single bed if someone else needs to stay once in a rare day. Great amenities and access to Lunn Ave shops, Panmure Bus/Train hubs and Sylvia Park.

Relaxed easy-going professional male 53 years old, work from home in the separate dedicated office regularly, but also spend a number of days every other week away working in the Bay. Likes to cook, explore restaurants of the world. Occassionally dog sit for a weekend or few days a house-trained small Schnoodle so must be dog-friendly.
