Very special house - beautiful, sunny, house with gorgeous gardens, private courtyard and all the mod cons (incl smart home facilities, CCTVs, water purifier, SPA & heat pump, and fitness facilities). Wonderfully open and sunny in the summer & warm and cosy in the winter. Upmarket, safe, quiet street where the neighbours live their own lives & are very friendly. Chartwell, Greenhill & Rototuna shopping centres are all 1-2 km, close to Wairere Drive, south and north routes. Close to cycleways and buses. Seeking someone who wants a home, not a roof. The ideal is a light cooking person but flexible for the person with the right fit. An additional $50 for the second person.

We’re two females (both Professors & visiting scholars at the University of Waikato) with two lovely children (10 & 11 yrs). We’re friendly, caring and easy-going people.
