Very new condition house and very big room with built-in wardrobe! One room with your own bathroom and fully furnished, and you can let us know what else you want for the room.

About the public area:

• The very big living room is public to everyone(please come and have a look!).

• Very big kitchen with enough cooking and storage space.

• Shared dining area with dining table and bar table.

• We have two washing machines and brand new nice function dryer(you can have your own washing mashine if you want)

• We have an appointment with a cleaning lady, so every month she will come and help to clean your room and bathroom. (we can cancel it if you don’t want people to get into your room )

• Nice location, less than 5 mins drive to Henderson/Sunnyvale train station, bus station just outside of the house. Less than 5-minute drive to Westcity Mall, Kmart, Pack and Save, countdown, night market, Event, gyms, and all kinds of restaurants.

Welcome one person to one room(preferred female). $230 include internet, electricity, rubbish collection, and water cost. Just contact me anytime if you are interested in the house. (Additional information for current living condition of the house: We have a lovely dog in this house but don’t worry about the dog, he will never come to your area:)!)

Two girls and a boy living in this house. Three of us are all adults and work full time. We are easy-going people!
