Looking for someone to sublet my double bedroom in Greenlane from 11th September until 14th October while I’m out of the city(dates can be slightly flexible if needed).

Rent is $196 per week in a 5 bedroom flat of 3 girls and 1 guy (20-22) who all work and study during the week.

Centrally located flat with 10-15 minute bus or train ride into the city. A walk away from cornwall park, newmarket, and countdown. Heaps of off-street parking too if you’ve got a car.

The flat is a three story townhouse with open lounge/living/kitchen space, three bathrooms, and private garden at the back. The room is on the top floor with a connecting modern bathroom which you’ll share with one other flattie.

A bonus if you like kittens because you’ll be sharing the house with little Miso.
