The house is double glazed and has a heatpump and a fire so it’s lovely and warm. Kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated with underfloor heating in both along with a washing machine and dryer.
3 min to Bus stop | 5 min drive to university. Bills split between everyone.
Got really nice deck with a harbour front view, and access to the harbour cycle/walk trail for a run on a sunny day.
It’s not a party house but don’t mind occasional drinks and good chats.
