Single room in a 3 bedroom house, located close to town and in a nice quiet area of Tokoroa. Off street parking available (out the front of the property). The room currently has a king single bed, a dresser and heater in it, but if you prefer, you can bring your own furnishings for the bedroom. Shared bathroom, laundry, shower and kitchen. Wifi and power included in the cost but you will need to sort your own food.

I am a 24 year old (female) working professional and looking for a flatmate to help with the bills. I am quiet and easy going and don’t drink or party. My weeks are quiet busy so I tend to relax and enjoy my sleep ins and lounging around on the weekend. I do also like to get out and about on sunny days and enjoy spending my time cleaning up the garden or going for hikes in the surrounding area.
