The house is part of the Te Paranui Animal & Farm Sanctuary and Permaculture Homestead in Koromiko, halfway between Picton and Blenheim. The house has a new extension, 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 lounges with a fireplace and a garden. The room available is in the newly built extension, has its own entrance to the deck, is very spacious (18 sqm) and is also suitable for a couple for an extra $70. The room is equipped with a large built-in cupboard, carpet and curtains, some furniture can be provided on request. Currently living in the house 4 other flatmates, most in their mid/end 20th, but any age is welcome, 2 females and 2 males, and 4 dogs. Plant-based aka vegan community! - No animal products, smoking, drugs or drinking on the property allowed.
