The flat is located in Totara Vale / Glenfield, off-street parking and plenty of on-street parking for friends and visitors, fully fenced, lots of trees on property and chickens sometimes wander around. Nice sunny deck, and just two doors away from a neighbourhood park. Large private room with massive closet and shared living, nice kitchen, and bathroom. Two separate toilets, just in case. Very close to lots of shops, Wairau Park, and the Glenfield Mall.

Early 20s to late 30s preferred, gender not an issue, to share with one slightly older male, one slightly younger female, and one cat (unfortunately, he’s the only pet allowed - we’d love more but the contract only allows one).

We’re a medical professional and a software developer who have pretty busy lives, and like to unwind with movies and TV shows. Generally pretty quiet but we do like to have friends around for a games night every month or so.

Room is $225 per week and this includes all bills - power, gas hot water, and all the fibre you can possibly use. We are a fairly social nerdy creative bunch, but we’re respectful and accepting of all walks of life.
