Large property, with gardens front and back. Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, lounge, dining, kitchen, bathroom, deck with bbq and conservatory.

The lounge includes a fire place and heat pump with a air transfer system sending the heat through to the bedrooms.

We stay in the downstairs bedroom with our own kitchen.

2 existing flat mates. Early 30s profession­al laid back but sociable active couple.

We have one well behaved dog (6 months old) and 2 cats, all are friendly and enjoy a good scratch.
