1 generously sized double bedroom (3.81m x 3.35m) with big bright windows is available in this 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom bungalow styled house. The house is 15 minutes’ walk from the St Heliers beach with surrounds fully decked, perfect for a summer BBQ with friends. You will share a bathroom with one other flatmate. This room is unfurnished, and you can organise it the way you like. Common area is furnished.

The rent is $260 per week, excluding expenses. Expenses are about $30 per week on top, including power, gas, water unlimited fast broadband internet and commonly shared household consumables. Total move-in costs is 3 weeks rent as bond and first week’s rent in advance, totaling $1,040.

Existing flatmates are a young professional couple in their early 30s. We have busy schedules at work but enjoy catching up when we are all around. We are also tenanting a rear room with private access at the same price.
