The large sunny bedroom has a double wardrobe and a nook to set up a dedicated desk, work station or entertainment space. The house is a light, airy and quiet three bedroom townhouse, which has amazing views of the local Monte Cecilia Park, right on our doorstep. The position of the property in the complex ensures loads of privacy and the courtyard and garden are a peaceful place to hang out and relax. The house is a two story property, with a large bathroom and two toilets. You will a covered carpark and their is plenty of storage space on the property.

We are a 3 minute walk to a main bus route, 7 mins to the local Pak’nSave and the Royal Oak shopping Centre. Super handy to the South Western Motorway and the airport.

I am a 40 year old male born in Tāmaki Auckland and have lived in Royal Oak for the last 9 years. I work in community healthcare management in St Mary’s Bay.

I am a vegetarian and enjoy cooking, especially baking. I am also into hot tea in a big way, yoga, hiking, reading and playing card games. Someone I recently dated described me as wholesome and I kind of agree. I am definitely more of a chilled nights in kinda guy or dinner with friends somewhere on Dom Rd. This is not a party house!

I am looking for a professional flatmate to share this home with. You need to be all good with the Rainbow Community. It will just be the two of us here, so there will be plenty of space for the both of us to kick around and not be in each other’s hair.
