Awesome , sunny and super tucked away flat right in the heart of Hillsborough. Lovely decks and giant backyard are super ideal for the upcoming warm months! Super close to three kings and new lynn shopping centre. Plenty of supermarkets no more than 10 minutes away from the property. Bus stops conveniently located at the top of the road to get to the city and anywhere else you need. Has a carport space for one vehicle for any future occupants. Motorway on ramp is 5 minute away so easy access to get anywhere you need. You will be living with my two awesome flatmates Zak and Johnny. Zak is 25 and a builder and johnny is 28 and a plumber so both work full time. They both like their, and respect others privacy but also love a flat hang out! (Johnny has a coal grill so bbqs on!) We also have a little home gym set up for those who like a bit of a workout.

The room is quite large and comes with an ensuite, a walk-in wardrobe, and all the privacy you could need! You will be the only room on the first level and also allows for access straight out onto a deck and to the back yard which is a bloody gem during the warmer months!

Room is 330p/w for a single and couples prices can be negotiated.

Easily fits a king bed, a couch , tv unit , and a workspace / desk with plenty of room to spare! (This is how its currently set up)

Nice , tidy, and respectful person who values their own and others privacy , but also doesn’t mind some nice chill flat hang outs, especially in the summer, and who pays rent on time .
