Part time housemate wanted for a furnished room in Ponsonby/Freemans Bay. Looking for a like-minded 35+ professional to share my sunny city-fringe villa. It has a fantastic large back deck with views of city skyline, and two living areas. Walking distance to city, Wynyard quarter, Victoria Park and New World, and Ponsonby Rd.

The room is furnished. I work from home so am looking for someone who goes out to work during the day, and preferably only wants the room mid week.

It might be ideal for a professional from out of town looking for their own place mid week. No pets or smokers.

I’m a professional women late 40’s. I work from home and like to relax when i’m not working. I do yoga, hiking, walking, reading, movies, gardening.
