Available Now! We’re looking for a new housemate to join us in our beautiful house on the seafront! Our current housemate is sadly moving back to the U.K next week.

We are walking distance from the gorgeous Breaker Bay and Moa Point and a 5 minute drive to the airport airport, Lyall Bay, Miramar and Seatoun for all your cafe/restaurant/supermarket and sea-swim needs!

The available room is a good sized double bedroom on the ground floor and is available at the end of August with some flexibility. The room currently easily fits a queen bed, bedside tables and desk. The wardrobe is included plus personal use of the under stairs cupboard. You will share a newly refurbished bathroom (with bath!!) with only one other person.

Our large open plan living/dining/kitchen area has sea views and includes a new heat pump and separate pantry and separate utility room with washer and dryer. This area is fully furnished but plenty of space to add your own personal touch!!

We have a large double garage that we use to store our surfboards, paddle board, bikes etc and currently in the process of turning it in to a mini gym. We also fully support eating a whole pack of Tim Tams while binge watching TV and having a wine and beer - especially during the summer on the deck! We park on the road directly outside where we never had to fight for a space.

The current dog is leaving so the house will be pet free and available to a new fury friend!

Our large front sunny deck has a stunning view of Breaker Bay and Eastbourne lighthouse. You would not believe we are only 15 minutes drive from the CBD! It is a perfect place for a morning coffee to watch the sunrise and the bus stop is directly outside.
