Hey you! Yes, you! Are you looking for somewhere great to live? Yeah you are. Well, I have a room looking for someone to live in it. (How weird, right?!)
About me; I am a male, sales professional who likes the gym, outdoor hikes etc.. LGBTQI+ friendly (of course).
About the house: Two bed, one bath townhouse in Glenside. Walking distance to bus stops and the train station. Bedroom comes with a built-in wardrobe and is a good size double with plenty of sun (whenever we actually get sun). As with any new homeowner, I have plans to do some relatively minor renovations in the coming months to make the place a bit nicer, but nothing that will make the house un-liveable! (Mainly Painting). The complex also had a heated pool & gym, plus you get your very own off street car park!
The boring stuff: rent is $230 per week plus bills $30 per week, happy to chat through short or long term leases. Four weeks bond plus two weeks rent in advance. No smoking on the property.
