The room comes unfurnished and is a decent size. There is a Built in wardrobe and ranch slider access to the patio. There is also additional space in the home to accommodate for some furnishings like a desk and computer etc.

Bathrooms are shared

We are pet friendly, but Dogs are not able to be accommodated at this stage. We currently have 3 cats who are very social.

We are looking for someone who is clean, tidy and who enjoys some well hearted banter. Preferably some in full time work but not a necessity.

The flat currently has 7 occupants ranging in ages and backgrounds and who are keen to have a new member to join our household.
