I am looking for someone to take my spot in a modern house in Ngaio. The place is a 5 minute walk from the train station/bus for any transport needs. We are a super chill house that likes the odd drink or two. The place would be perfect for any yo pros looking to get out of central. Place is super nice and has heaps of space for storage, off street + on street parking and a garage for activities. You would be living in this 3 bedroom flat with 3 others, one couple and one single. There are two bathrooms and a deck that is perfect for summer BBQs. The room is huge, the bed in the pic is a queen for scale, has a built in wardrobe and you can keep any of the drawers in the room if you need them. Rent is $250 a week plus $25 for all expenses (power, fiber, rubbish.)
