About the room
The Apartment is very central, a 5 or so minute walk to Cuba street and walking distance to practically anywhere CBD, perfect for a student or someone working in CBD.
The room has a heater and a pretty decent amount of room to organise your belongings and furniture. The room can come with a mattress and frame if needed, otherwise, I can get rid of it beforehand.
A nice spacious lounge area with couches and a dining table, a kitchen with an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, sink, fridge, pantry, etc.
There are 2 bathrooms with showers shared between the flat and a washing machine and dryer. Altogether there are 6 rooms, so 5 flatmates other than yourself.
About the roomies
You will have 5 roommates, all male, mostly just keep to themselves and are pretty quiet/reserved.
They are a good bunch, willing to share and good at communicating any problems.
3 are students at victoria uni and Yoobee and 2 are working full/part-time. All early 20s.
