Saint Heliers Bay Road

Hello! We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our St Heliers flat!

We are looking for someone tidy, respectful, open minded and not opposed to the occasional drink or 5 (but NOT a party flat!!) preferably in their early to mid 20’s.

The room is $220pw + $15 expenses ($235pw total) and the bond is $400. It gets plenty of morning sun, has a decent sized wardrobe and can comfortably fit a queen sized bed.

The house is large and spacious with lots of sun. It is near the beach and very close to lots of amenities such as gas stations, supermarkets, takeaways, restaurants. We are close to many bus stops and a train station, providing direct routes to the CBD, Hospital, mission bay and many more!

We are all young professionals in our early 20’s. You’ll be living with 3 gals and one guy (2 singles + 1 couple). We are fairly social, we love to do flat drinks, movie nights, board games, painting nights etc when we aren’t working.
